You can easily take the Metro Subway Red-Line and exit at Pershing Square, walk east a few blocks to Spring St, hang a right, and you're pretty much there.
Just about every bus line in Los Angeles will eventually deposit you right on our doorstep or a few blocks away.

As far as parking goes, our building is flanked with parking lots and ample parking meters (which are free on Sunday and failed most of the week anyway).
